Excellent company to deal with. Every issue I had with the vehicle was checked and where necessary costed, reported to me and undertaken once I had agreed. Also they provided me with a transporting service from the service centre to home and returned when the car service was completed. Very happy with Carl and his workers.

Melbourne Prestige looked after me with some repairs on my car after BMW tried to charge me triple for the same work!. They were great to deal with, honest and efficient which is rare in that industry. Great family business. I will be taking my car back there from now on. Highly recommend!

Melbourne Prestige Auto is my ‘go to’ place to have my Mercedes serviced annually. I was fed up with the inflated prices and the constant attempts to upsell me at the Mercedes dealer. Karl and his team always do an amazing job. I am updated on what needs doing before they go ahead. They work hard to ensure my car is finished on the day that book it in.
