Dealer advised that the cost to repair my car would way exceed the value of my car and recommended that I take it off the road. Prestige looked at the dealers report and said to bring it in to assess. The arranged for it to be transported to their garage on the spot and within 9 days called me to pick it up. Cost was approximately one third of the dealers price and I have had no issues. Car runs brilliantly. There are very few businesses like Prestige, and after approximately 5/6 years of dealing with them I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone If you want customer service at the right price, then Prestige is the place to go

I don't normally do reviews however, I am so happy to do one, I give them 11 out of 10 score, fantastic to deal with this is a genuine review I have dealt with many auto electricians over the years and I'd have to say without doubt they are the best I have come across not only for good pricing quality of workmanship honesty and going above and beyond to help me out as a customer I thoroughly appreciated their help, I would highly recommend anybody to take their vehicle to this workshop and gets whatever they've done. Melbourne Prestige was outstanding, they always have been. I had an issue with my car that other mechanics failed to work out what was going on. Melbourne Prestige were more than accomodating, called me with check ins and fixed the issue within the afternoon. I am proud to call them my family’s go to mechanic.

I took my next gen ford Everest to have a dual battery fitted in the engine bay and an Anderson plug for a caravan. The staff were only too happy to help and I promptly received my quote. The job was completed within the time frame and all the work is very neat. Highly recommend this company.

My poor old Rhonda the Honda was desperate for a full service and brakes. I expected her to be gone a few days but all done in a day!! Also new wipers and my headlights were beaming beautuful!! I paid 1200 which i think is very reasonable and the staff are lovely. i am a return customer.

Excellent company to deal with. Every issue I had with the vehicle was checked and where necessary costed, reported to me and undertaken once I had agreed. Also they provided me with a transporting service from the service centre to home and returned when the car service was completed. Very happy with Carl and his workers.
